I am given the freedom to pick and choose post-excursion (i.e.snorkeling, hiking, paddle boarding) beverages and “Cocktail of the Day” – a delightful happy hour concoction. I am constantly experimenting with infusions, off-the-wall liqueurs, and fresh ingredients.
