Todd Weber

At a young age, Todd Weber became enthralled with stories of the fur traders, Indians, and explorers of early American history. He made his first pair of moccasins as a teenager and continued building his collection of clothing and accoutrements until he had either made or acquired all that was necessary to re-enact the life of a frontier mountain man. Years of reading journals and studying historical accounts of the fascinating characters of America's past have taught him the facts and details of this time in history.

Todd has shared stories and taught countless groups the history of Lewis and Clark’s Corp of Discovery, about frontier mountain men, and of pioneers along the Oregon Trail. Since the Lewis and Clark bicentennial of 2004-2006, Todd has been an on board presenter on the Columbia River, sharing his appreciation for the stamina, ingenuity, and character that existed in those who helped shape the history of the American West.
